The main goal of our Regional Flex position is to have you run a combination of long hauls and short hauls to ensure we are able to get you home every single Friday and allow you to enjoy your whole weekend home. Our Regional Flex position is the backbone of our fleet as they assist both our Local Drivers and our true Over the Road drivers and the freight they service. This allows you that great road/home life balance by guaranteeing you to be home on the weekend!
