“Carolyn has adapted to covering Automotive loads with ease. She had to switch from her early morning start to a 3rd shift roll to assist covering Automotive. Carolyn worked out the plan, asked the right questions and then made it happen to keep Automotive going. She requested a sit down to discuss bonus/money and was given all the information for her to make a sound decision. October was a great example of what she’s capable of and signed off on the new plan. Carolyn was receptive to switching her home time this month from home Friday to home Saturday in order to increase her mileage on a weekly bases which has paid dividends for her.”
